Dublin's Zellor raises €850k for AI shopping

Dublin e-commerce start-up Zellor has secured €850,000 in its first external funding round, backed by Enterprise Ireland and Irish investors. The 2022-founded company plans to use the funds to expand internationally, accelerate product development, and grow its teams. Zellor's AI shopping assistant acts as a 24/7 digital concierge, turning brand video libraries into interactive, shoppable experiences similar to TikTok and Instagram content. Already live in Ireland with brands including Cocoa Brown and TanOrganic, the platform is reporting conversion lifts of up to 25 percent, with the UK and global beauty markets next in its sights.
