DigiCert Launches Framework to Secure AI Agents

DigiCert has introduced an AI Trust framework offering cryptographic verification across AI agents, models and digital content. The unified system addresses growing concerns about autonomous systems acting without accountability, unverified AI models and untrustworthy digital content. The framework includes three components: AI Agent Trust for identity and governance of autonomous systems, AI Model Trust for cryptographic model validation, and Content Trust for provenance verification using the C2PA standard. DigiCert says the approach replaces fragmented manual processes with automated, audit-ready security architecture.
