Datavault AI Secures $120M for Nationwide GPU Expansion

Datavault AI has signed a binding term sheet with Scilex Holding Company for a $120 million cash contribution to fund a 100-city expansion of its quantum-ready SanQtum platform. The deal involves no equity dilution. Combined with anticipated proceeds from BTC and receivable sales, Datavault AI projects a $200 million-plus cash infusion. The company also holds Nvidia GPU stock currently valued at $1.2 billion to support the nationwide rollout.
