Danish AI Compliance Start-Up Spektr Raises $20M

Copenhagen-based Spektr has secured $20m in a Series A round led by New Enterprise Associates, with backing from Northzone, Seedcamp and PSV Tech. The funds will expand its AI platform for banks and fintech firms globally. Spektr's AI agents automate manual compliance tasks like company research, risk assessment and KYC verification, completing in minutes what analysts typically spend hours on. Customers include Santander Leasing, Pleo and Mercuryo.
