BlackFog Brings Shadow AI Detection to macOS

BlackFog has launched ADX Vision for macOS, extending its shadow AI detection platform to Apple endpoints and enabling unified data-loss policies across Windows and Mac devices. The move addresses a significant security blind spot, as nearly half of employees use unapproved AI tools at work. Unlike browser extensions or network proxies, ADX Vision runs as a native macOS system extension, inspecting AI-bound data before encryption or transmission regardless of the source application. Available now for macOS Ventura and later, it is included in existing subscriptions at no additional cost.
