Bitfarms Ditches Bitcoin, Rebrands as Keel Infrastructure

Bitfarms (NASDAQ: BITF) is rebranding as Keel Infrastructure and abandoning Bitcoin mining entirely to focus on AI and high-performance computing data centers. The company is also re-domiciling from Canada, effective immediately, positioning itself as an infrastructure developer for hyperscalers and cloud customers. The company holds a 2.2 gigawatt portfolio across Pennsylvania, Quebec, and Washington, with Pennsylvania representing the bulk of its pipeline. Executives described 2026 as a year of execution and 2027 as a year of delivery, with the Moses Lake, Washington site expected to come online first in early 2027.
