AWS Launches Q Developer for AI Code Assistance - Amazon Web Services introduced Q Developer, an AI-powered code assistant, now available on GitHub Marketplace. It acts as a virtual teammate to aid in feature development, automated code reviews, and code migration directly within GitHub.
Developers can assign tasks like feature implementation or Java migration to Q Developer. The AI generates and reviews code, performs security and quality checks, and suggests enhancements. This tool simplifies managing legacy code updates, streamlining development processes, and enhancing productivity for over 150 million GitHub users.
