AWS, Atlassian: AI Success Is a People Problem

Enterprises pursuing AI-native status face a bigger challenge in reshaping people, processes and organizational structures than in closing technology gaps. Cloud readiness and data governance have become non-negotiable preconditions, according to AWS General Manager Sarah Cooper, who spoke at the Atlassian Team event. The AWS and Atlassian partnership aims to provide enterprises with both infrastructure depth and collaboration tools to execute AI transformation at scale. Amazon Bedrock, which powers AI features in Atlassian products, does not train on customer data, addressing a core enterprise security concern while offering governance structures across 13 global availability zones.
