ASI Raises $325M, Valued at $3B

AI infrastructure startup ASI Inc. has raised $325 million in a Series C round led by Spark Capital, pushing its valuation to $3 billion. The company, formerly known as Air Space Intelligence, builds AI models to simulate and manage critical infrastructure including air traffic, energy grids, and military operations. Customers include the FAA, United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, the U.S. Army, and National Grid USA. ASI recently won an $875 million, 12-year FAA contract and a $99 million U.S. Army deal. Funds will support expansion into aviation, defense, energy, and logistics.
