Amazon Bedrock AgentCore enables pay-per-inference AI payments

Amazon Bedrock AgentCore payments gives AI agents a managed way to pay for services like model inference on demand, without human approval. Incarna used the capability to let its agents pay BlockRun, a pay-as-you-go inference router serving over 90 models from 15-plus providers, one request at a time via the x402 payment protocol. AgentCore payments handles wallet provisioning through Coinbase CDP, signs transactions, enforces spending limits at the infrastructure layer, and settles payments in USDC on the Base network. Incarna reduced the work of adding x402 payment support from months to days.
