Aircall Buys Vogent to Boost AI Voice Agents

Aircall, an AI-powered customer communications platform serving over 22,000 businesses globally, has acquired Vogent, an AI voice agent company. The deal adds specialized voice AI technology to Aircall's existing platform. The acquisition is aimed at strengthening the technology behind Aircall's AI Voice Agent, which is built natively into its business phone system. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
