xAI Sues Man for Using Grok to Generate CSAM

Elon Musk's xAI is suing South Carolina man Terry Wayne Harwood for allegedly using its Grok AI chatbot to generate child sexual abuse material. The lawsuit was first reported by Reuters. xAI claims Harwood knowingly circumvented the platform's safeguards to alter nonconsensual images and generate and distribute CSAM, violating the company's policies.
