Using Okta-powered single sign-on across a complex environment spanning research, athletics and residential life, the university faces layered identity challenges where individuals hold multiple simultaneous roles.
CIO Shane Callahan highlights unresolved accountability questions around AI agents that act outside guardrails, including liability and cyber insurance gaps.
