UiPath ARR Hits $1.94B, Bets on AI Growth

UiPath reported $1.938 billion in annual recurring revenue, up 12.5%, with revenue rising 13% and its third consecutive quarter of GAAP profitability. The company generates over $400 million in free cash flow and expects full-year GAAP profitability. COO Ashim Gupta said UiPath is targeting growth reacceleration through its Maestro orchestration platform and AI capabilities, moving beyond traditional RPA. Eighteen of its 20 largest recent deals included broader AI platform features, with deal values four to six times larger than historical norms.
