Tribal AI Raises $10M for Metadata-Native Enterprise Agents

Tribal AI has secured $10 million in seed funding led by Team8, with participation from DYDX Capital and angel investors, to tackle the persistent gap between AI demos and real-world enterprise performance. The startup's Metadata Fabric framework ingests full organizational context, including permissions, dependencies and business rules, to help AI agents operate safely at scale. Originally built for Salesforce's Agentforce platform, Tribal plans to expand to ServiceNow, SAP, NetSuite and Workday. The founding team includes former Salesforce VP of engineering Yoav Kolodner and two co-founders with prior startup exits, all united by firsthand experience shipping production-grade enterprise AI systems.
