Together AI Raises $800M, Now Worth $8.3B

Together AI, operator of a cloud platform optimized for open-source AI models, has closed an $800 million Series C round led by Aramco Ventures, with participation from Nvidia, Vista Equity Partners, and General Catalyst. The deal values the company at $8.3 billion. The startup reported annual bookings exceeding $1.15 billion in Q2 2026 and counts LG's AI research lab, Cohere, and the Mozilla Foundation among its thousands of customers. Together AI plans to use the new capital to expand its public cloud capacity 50-fold over five years and enhance its training and inference capabilities.
