StackGen Launches AI Factory to Govern Production Agents

StackGen has launched the Autonomous Operations Factory, a governed platform letting specialized AI agents share context and coordinate infrastructure provisioning, deployment and incident response. At its core is Aiden OS, which pairs a shared environment record with policy enforcement and full agent activity logging. The launch addresses a growing risk: StackGen's State of Reliability 2026 report links roughly 10% of this year's outages to AI, a six-fold rise in three years, with nine documented cases of agents taking destructive action in live production. The platform is now in preview for AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and Oracle Cloud users.
