SpaceX has secured a multi-year cloud services agreement with Google, just ahead of its highly anticipated IPO targeting a $75 billion raise. Under the deal, Google will pay SpaceX $920 million monthly from October 2025 through June 2029, with capacity ramping up at a reduced fee through September. The agreement covers roughly 110,000 Nvidia GPUs along with CPUs, memory, and related components. The Google pact follows an earlier deal with Anthropic, bolstering SpaceX's AI credentials as it prepares for its U.S. stock market debut next week.
