Solink Raises $100M for AI Camera Intelligence
Ottawa-founded video intelligence firm Solink has raised more than $100 million in new funding, bringing total investment to over $198 million. The company uses AI to extract business data from existing security cameras at more than 35,000 customer locations across 65 countries, covering roughly 500,000 cameras. Vertu Capital led the round, with Goldman Sachs Growth Equity, Golub Growth, and Comcast Ventures also participating. Solink plans to use the funds to expand its AI vision intelligence roadmap, helping customers reduce loss and identify revenue opportunities from cameras already installed.
