Snowflake CoWork turns AI into enterprise work agent

Snowflake rebranded its Intelligence product as CoWork at Snowflake Summit 2026, positioning it as a personal work agent for knowledge workers. The platform connects to email, calendar, Slack and enterprise data to enable AI-driven decision-making, not just reporting. A new context layer called Cortex Sense automatically equips agents with business definitions and operational knowledge. Viral Nation, a social media agency, is already applying the technology to analyze brand conversations and manage creator partnerships in real time. The firm says CoWork moves beyond traditional business intelligence to guide how the entire organization operates and makes decisions.
