Hang Ten Systems, the enterprise AI startup founded by ex-Infosys CEO Vishal Sikka, has raised $53 million in a second seed round, bringing total funding to $85 million across two rounds that closed just five weeks apart. The company uses agentic code generation and a reusable skills library to deliver AI transformation at a fraction of traditional costs and timelines.
Clients already include Saudi Aramco and Siemens Gamesa, with 21 large enterprises in the customer and late-stage prospect pipeline. Xora Innovation led the new round, with Mayfield and Aramco Ventures returning alongside individual backers including Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan, Micron CEO Sanjay Mehrotra and Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang.
