ServiceNow AI-Enables Entire Product Suite
ServiceNow has overhauled its entire product lineup, embedding agentic AI capabilities across every service and platform. The move aims to push enterprises beyond experimental AI add-ons toward a fully AI-native architecture with built-in data connectivity and governance. Key to the effort is a new Context Engine that connects fragmented enterprise tools so AI agents can make informed, context-aware decisions. ServiceNow is also opening its ecosystem to developers via a new SDK and support for third-party tools like Claude Code and OpenAI Codex, while targeting smaller firms with its new Enterprise Service Management Foundation.
