Salesforce Launches Eight AI Agents for Sales, Support

Salesforce has unveiled a series of AI agents designed to boost productivity for sales and customer support teams, rolling out alongside an updated version of its Agentforce Coworker automation tool. Most features are available now, with the remainder launching by year's end. The new agents include Hunter for B2B lead generation, Piper and Carter for website-embedded sales tasks, Casey and Fin for customer support, Paige for internal HR and IT help desks, and Marshall for supply chain automation. A new long-horizon runtime allows agents like Hunter to execute multi-week work plans and retain data across sessions.
