Salesforce Launches AIforce With Composable AI Agents

Salesforce unveiled AIforce, an AI interface layer that brings its platform capabilities directly to users and their AI agents, eliminating the need to work within Salesforce itself. The launch includes Claudeforce, Slackforce and Agentforce Coworker, announced at Dreamforce in San Francisco. Built on the Headless 360 open architecture introduced in March, AIforce abstracts technical complexity for nontechnical users while supporting an AgentExchange marketplace. Partners including Anthropic, AWS, Google, OpenAI and DocuSign have already deployed services through the exchange.
