Salesforce Launches AI Agents for Back-Office Automation

Salesforce has launched Agentforce Operations, an AI system that deploys intelligent agents to automate repetitive back-office tasks without requiring engineers to build or maintain the workflows. The agents understand company culture, business logic, and security needs, adapting automatically to changes while maintaining full audit trails. Built partly on Salesforce's acquisition of automation firm Regrello, the product offers pre-built workflow blueprints and claims to be 80 times faster to deploy than legacy providers. Broader integration with Salesforce Flow is expected to enter beta in May 2026.
