Salesforce Fixes Broken Enterprise AI Workflows
Enterprise AI teams are struggling not because their models lack capability, but because underlying workflows were never designed for agents. Tasks fail, handoffs break, and the problem worsens as organizations push agents deeper into back-office systems.
Salesforce is addressing this with Agentforce Operations, a new workflow platform that converts back-office processes into structured tasks for specialized agents. Users can upload existing workflows or use preset Blueprints, which the platform then breaks down for agents to execute with greater reliability and control.
