Key AWS moves include native CRM access within Amazon Quick, AWS DevOps Agent in Slack, Agentforce access to Amazon Bedrock models, and expanded Data 360 Zero Copy support. On the Google Cloud side, Salesforce is building a unified AI stack via Hyperforce, enabling cross-platform agent reasoning. Gemini Enterprise gains direct CRM access without custom integration, while Agentforce gains support for Google's Gemini model.
