Salesforce embeds entire CRM inside Claude AI

Salesforce and Anthropic have announced a major partnership expansion called Claudeforce, embedding Salesforce's CRM platform directly inside Claude. The centerpiece is Salesforce in Claude, a plugin featuring 37 pre-built sales skills covering meeting prep, deal reviews, and pipeline analysis. Sellers can now query, update, and act on live CRM data without opening Salesforce at all. The product is available to select pilot customers now, with an open beta planned for September and additional business function skills launching in Q3.
