Salesforce has unveiled Headless 360, an ambitious initiative to embed agentic AI across its entire product suite, including Agentforce and Slack. The announcement, made at the TDX developer conference, ships over 100 new tools and exposes the full platform via APIs, MCP, and CLI, theoretically allowing users to never log into the interface again.
