SailPoint Buys AI Agent Security Startup Entro for $200M

SailPoint Technologies is acquiring Tel Aviv-based Entro Security for a reported $200 million. Entro's platform inventories AI agents, monitors their behavior, detects potential breaches, and flags insecure credentials like API tokens. The deal strengthens SailPoint's Agentic Fabric product, adding coverage for over 1,000 AI agent types and 1,200 non-human identity types. Entro, which raised $24 million before the acquisition, will embed its monitoring features directly into Agentic Fabric. The deal is expected to close in Q3.
