Resolve AI hits $1.5B valuation with $40M raise
Resolve AI has raised $40 million in an extension to its February Series A round, led by DST Global and Salesforce Ventures, pushing its valuation to $1.5 billion — a $500 million jump in under three months. The startup sells an AI-powered platform that helps enterprises troubleshoot production environment outages, identify root causes, and cut infrastructure costs.
The software uses AI agents to build incident timelines, generate technical charts, and suggest fixes in plain language. Clients include Salesforce and DoorDash. Resolve AI will use the new funding to expand its platform and launch Resolve AI Labs, an engineering team building AI models tailored to analyze technical data like error logs and performance metrics.
