Pivot Raises $40M for AI Procurement Platform

Paris-based Pivot Technologies has raised $40 million in Series B funding to expand its agentic AI procurement platform, bringing total funding to $70 million since its 2023 founding. The round was led by Forestay Capital and Notion Capital, with backing from existing investors and procurement industry veterans. Pivot positions its software as an AI operating system for procurement, processing $3 billion in invoices annually across 25 countries. Customers include DoorDash, Lemonade and Flix SE. Funds will support agentic AI development, enterprise market expansion and deeper ERP integrations.
