Nvidia, AMD invest in $100M AI tooling startup
RadixArk, an AI developer tools startup, has raised $100 million in a seed round led by Accel and Spark Capital, with backing from Nvidia, AMD, Databricks, and Broadcom CEO Hock Tan. The funding values the company at $400 million.
RadixArk builds commercial tools around two open-source projects: Miles, which compresses large AI models for cost-efficient training, and SGLang, which optimizes inference performance through KV cache reuse and speculative decoding. The company plans to offer managed cloud infrastructure for hosting AI models while continuing to develop the open-source versions of both projects.
