Nscale Files IPO After $44.6B Anthropic Deal
AI data center builder Nscale Global Holdings has filed to go public on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker NSCL, reportedly seeking up to $3 billion. Valued at $14.6 billion in March, the company posted a $1.02 billion net loss in the first half of 2026, though revenue surged over 1,250% to $140.6 million. Nscale recently secured a $44.6 billion infrastructure deal with Anthropic and has raised over $4.6 billion in debt this year, including $3.1 billion in convertible notes with at least $1 billion going to Nvidia. The company operates five data centers across Ireland, Norway, and Portugal, with 11 more projects underway.
