Norm Ai Hits $1.2B Valuation With $120M Raise
Norm Ai, a platform embedding legal operations into AI agents, has raised $120 million in a Series C round led by Khosla Ventures, valuing the company at $1.2 billion. Investors include Blackstone, Bain Capital Ventures, Coatue, and Vanguard, bringing total funding to over $260 million since its founding three years ago.
The company serves clients managing more than $30 trillion in assets, deploying AI agents within in-house legal teams to supervise other AI-driven workflows. Unlike traditional law firms, Norm Ai charges based on outcomes rather than billable hours, and plans to use the new funds to expand hiring and practice areas.
