Mind Security Raises $72M to Guard AI Data
Mind Security has raised $72 million in Series B funding, led by Crosspoint Capital Partners, to expand its AI-focused data loss prevention platform into large enterprise accounts. The startup's software locates and classifies sensitive files across SaaS apps, endpoints, and email, then applies controls to block risky activity or alert users when they breach policy. The company argues legacy DLP tools were built for human-paced workflows and fail when AI agents autonomously handle company data. Mind reports 17-fold revenue growth over the past year, with customers including Children's Hospital Los Angeles and National Geographic Society. Total funding now stands at $112 million.
