Meta's Muse AI App Arrives on iPad After One Month
Meta's Muse AI assistant launched on iPad just one month after its September 8 iPhone and Android debut, a contrast to Instagram's 15-year wait for an iPad app. Muse has reached 6.6 million installs since launch, per Sensor Tower estimates. The app lets users connect accounts to manage email, meetings, and bills, and complete tasks like booking reservations and shopping. The iPad release adds new business-focused connectors including Asana, Canva, Figma, and Zoom, plus retail partners like Best Buy, Walmart, and Sephora. Meta is also developing an open standard to help websites distinguish AI agents from malicious bots.
