Kore.ai Autoloop tunes enterprise AI agents automatically

Kore.ai has launched Autoloop, an optimization engine for AI agents built on its Agent Platform. Businesses set goals covering task completion, business rule adherence, cost and accuracy, and Autoloop adjusts agents to meet all targets simultaneously, including after deployment. The engine builds agents from existing operating procedures, then continues iterating based on real interactions. Its StateTrace layer evaluates agent behavior down to each handoff and tool call, while Agent Blueprint Language rewrites only the specific component responsible for a failure. Autoloop is available now on the Artemis edition of the Kore.ai Agent Platform.
