Kore.ai Artemis Challenges Microsoft, Salesforce in AI Agents

Kore.ai has launched Artemis, a reinvented Agent Platform that lets enterprises build, govern, and optimize AI agents using AI itself, compressing months of engineering work into days. The platform bets on vendor neutrality and a proprietary agent definition language. The launch puts Kore.ai in direct competition with Microsoft, Salesforce, Google, and ServiceNow in the race to become default enterprise AI infrastructure. CEO Raj Koneru says the goal is to shift how agentic AI applications are designed and deployed, with AI doing most of the heavy lifting instead of human developers.
