Judge Doubts Trump's Case Against Anthropic Ban

Judge Rita Lin criticized the government's logic that Anthropic's public criticism of the DOD justifies the ban, calling it really troubling and a potential retaliation precedent. She also rejected claims that Anthropic could remotely disable AI models during wartime operations, finding no proof of such capability. Lin is now deciding whether to make her temporary block of the ban permanent.
