How to Disable Gemini AI in Google Docs

Google Docs now aggressively pushes Gemini AI features on users, including a persistent bottom bar and a "help me write" cursor overlay. You can remove the bottom bar by clicking "Gemini" in the top menu and selecting "bottom bar preferences." For a more complete fix, disable smart features across Google Workspace through Gmail settings.
