Hark Raises $700M for Secretive AI Assistant
AI startup Hark has raised $700 million in a Series A round, valuing the company at $6 billion. The round was led by Parkway Venture Capital and includes major investors such as Nvidia, AMD Ventures, Intel Capital, and Salesforce Ventures. Founded by serial entrepreneur Brett Adcock, Hark is building an agentic AI personal assistant described as a universal digital interface.
Despite the massive funding, Hark has revealed little about its actual product. The company plans to release multimodal models this summer, followed by dedicated hardware devices. With 70 employees and a former Apple design executive on board, Hark aims to build AI tools for everyday consumers rather than developers.
