Hark Raises $700M for Personalized AI Devices
Hark Inc. has raised over $700 million in a Series A round led by Parkway Venture Capital, with participation from Nvidia, Intel Capital, AMD Ventures, Qualcomm Ventures, and Salesforce Ventures, valuing the startup at $6 billion. CEO Brett Adcock, who also leads humanoid robotics firm Figure AI, previously invested $100 million of his own money into the company. Hark is developing personalized AI models with multimodal architecture and persistent memory, paired with custom consumer hardware designed as an alternative to traditional AI access. Its models can handle tasks like restaurant reservations and online shopping via voice commands. First models are expected this summer, with hardware launching later.
