Google Pays SpaceX $920M Monthly for GPU Access
Google will pay SpaceX $920 million per month from October 2026 through June 2029 for access to roughly 110,000 NVIDIA GPUs and related hardware. The deal mirrors a similar agreement SpaceX struck with Anthropic, which pays $1.25 billion monthly for compute from the Colossus 1 data center in Memphis.
Google framed the agreement as bridge capacity to handle surging demand for its Gemini Enterprise platform. The announcement comes one week before SpaceX's historic Nasdaq IPO, where the company aims to raise $75 billion at a $1.75 trillion valuation. Both parties hold cancellation rights after December 31, 2026.
