Google has intercepted what it claims is the first known zero-day exploit developed using artificial intelligence. The threat was identified by Google's Threat Intelligence Group, which flagged plans by prominent cybercriminals to use the vulnerability in a mass attack. The exploit was designed to bypass two-factor authentication on an unnamed open-source web-based system administration tool.
