Google AI Mode Adds Canva, Instacart, YouTube Integrations

Google has expanded its AI Mode conversational search tool with third-party app integrations, initially supporting Canva, Instacart and YouTube. Users can now complete tasks like building grocery lists, designing flyers and curating playlists directly through AI Mode. The update positions Google to better compete with ChatGPT and Claude, which already offer similar third-party integrations. Rolling out in the U.S. first, Google plans to add more app support in the coming weeks and months.
