Fika Jobs Raises $4M for AI Video Hiring Platform
Stockholm startup Fika Jobs has raised $4 million in pre-seed funding to build a video-first hiring platform that uses AI agents to interview candidates. Job seekers connect their LinkedIn profile, complete a 10-minute AI-powered video interview, and maintain a live profile that employers can browse. The round was led by Luminar Ventures, with Candy Crush co-founders among participants.
Unlike competitors focused on employer-side screening, Fika targets the candidate experience, aiming to surface personality and communication skills that resumes miss. The platform is free for job seekers, with employers paying 10% of a hire's first-year salary. Early access launches this week, with a broader rollout expected this fall.
