Exa Labs Hits $2.2B Valuation With $250M Raise
AI search startup Exa Labs has raised $250 million in a round led by Andreessen Horowitz, valuing the company at $2.2 billion. The funding follows an $85 million Series B less than a year ago that included Nvidia and Y Combinator.
Exa provides search tools for AI applications, including its sub-180-millisecond Exa Instant service, used by over 400,000 developers at firms like HubSpot. The company will use the funds to expand infrastructure, enabling it to train new AI models and handle hundreds of thousands of searches per second.
