Enterprises Shift AI Governance to Runtime Controls
As autonomous AI agents run continuously across enterprise platforms, governance has moved from policy debates to real-time execution oversight. At Dell's AI Leadership Symposium, executives from Singulr AI, Sycamore Labs, and MisaLabs discussed the challenge of aligning enterprise intent with actual agent behavior at runtime. Singulr has extended governance to employee endpoints, while some CIOs are restricting agents to virtual private clouds to keep data from leaving their networks. Speakers also called for greater standardization across frameworks like the EU AI Act, while stressing the need to keep pace with rapidly evolving AI capabilities.
