Dyna Software Unveils AI Tool for ServiceNow Configuration

Dyna Software has launched Platform Copilot, an agentic AI tool it claims is the first to autonomously configure, design and build on the ServiceNow platform. The tool integrates with a customer's development instance, applies natural language-prompted changes, and validates them before execution, promising 80% faster production-ready builds. The product targets the manual configuration backlog faced by ServiceNow administrators and is also positioned as a delivery accelerant for ServiceNow's partner ecosystem. General availability is set for Q2 2026, with credit-based consumption pricing. Dyna Software is debuting the tool at ServiceNow's Knowledge 2026 conference in Las Vegas.
